Dependant on the circumstances, we can complete loans as quickly as 2–3 business days. However, from a standing start it’s more likely that a transaction will be completed within 2–3 weeks.

We support loans secured on residential houses, flats and HMOs, as well as semi-commercial properties such as retail premises with flats above, and purely commercial properties including (but not limited to) offices, retail shops, warehouses, storage facilities, and manufacturing premises.

Across England and Wales. While we do not have specific “sweet spots”, we have extensive knowledge of Essex, Kent, the wider South East, and the North East in particular.

Exit routes to repay our loans can include the sale of the property, refinance, sale of another property, or other methods, provided we have full information.

Yes. We often support lending against the initial purchase or refinance of the property, along with additional funds to complete the planned works. Up to 100% of the refurbishment costs can be borrowed.

We do not offer regulated mortgages. If you need to borrow against your main residence and do not currently have lending against it, we would not be able to support this. However, if you are borrowing for business purposes and already have an existing mortgage, we may be able to help release some of the equity in your home.
